Scale output, not headcount.

AI agents · Production-ready · From use case to deploy

We design and build AI agents that take over entire workflows, so your team can focus on the things only humans can do. Proven patterns, no blank-page builds.

The challenge

Why is headcount your most expensive way to grow?

Because every new workflow used to mean a new hire: salary, onboarding, and management overhead before any output. The lean companies now scale output instead of payroll, with AI agents taking over whole workflows while the team stays small, senior, and focused on work only humans can do.

Problem 1Growth by hiring
Every new function adds salary, onboarding, and management overhead.
Problem 2Focus spreads thin
Your best people are stuck in triage, chasing, and copy-pasting instead of building.
Problem 3Fragile DIY agents
Promising demos that collapse the moment real volume and edge cases hit.
The solution

An agentic team, built for you.

Proven patterns, no blank-page builds, across support, operations, sales, and growth.

Rapid use-case acceleration

One specific, high-value use case, live in weeks. Proven patterns, no experimenting.

Customer support & operations

Tickets, FAQs, returns, escalations, and finance ops, handled end to end.

Sales & growth

SDR sequences, lead enrichment, personalised follow-up, and continuously produced content.

Agentic team design

We help you decide which roles should be agents and which stay human.

Process

How do we get from use case to a live agent?

In five steps: a use-case deep-dive that maps the workflow and its edge cases, an architecture with guardrails designed for production, a build on proven reference architectures, a pilot hardened on real volume, then deployment with monitoring and the next use case already in sight.

  1. Use-case deep-dive

A vertical specialist maps the workflow and the edge cases.

  2. Architecture & guardrails

  3. Build on the reference

We build on proven reference architectures. Configure, not invent.

  4. Pilot & harden

Real volume, measured and tightened until it holds unattended.

  5. Deploy & expand

Live and monitored, then we identify the next use case.

Deliverables

What you get.

  • Your agentic team, liveAgents deployed and running on real workflows.
  • Workflow integrationsConnected to your existing tools and data, including n8n, APIs, and internal systems.
  • Guardrails & escalationClear rules for when humans step in.
  • Monitoring dashboardPerformance, resolution rates, and exceptions at a glance.
  • Architecture documentationHow it is built, so it stays maintainable.
  • Runbook & handoverEverything your team needs to operate it.
Why us

Why build with us?

Battle-tested across our projects

You get patterns already running in production, not experiments.

Repeatability is everything

The fifth build of a use case takes a fraction of the first. You get fifth-build speed.

We run on agents ourselves

We test everything internally first. We do not sell what we do not use.

Lean by design

The goal is not automation for its own sake, it is keeping your team small, senior, and focused.

Common questions

What founders and teams ask us.

How long does it take to get an AI agent live?

A first, specific use case is typically live within a few weeks, and repeat builds are dramatically faster: a use case we have built before takes roughly one week instead of four, because we configure a proven reference architecture instead of inventing one. The engagement starts with a use-case deep-dive, where a vertical specialist maps your workflow and its edge cases. We then design the agent system, tools, and escalation rules for production, build on the reference architecture, and run a pilot on real volume. The pilot phase is measured and hardened until the agent holds up unattended, so the go-live date depends partly on how messy the real data turns out to be. Once deployed, the agent runs monitored around the clock, and we identify the next use case together. You get a working agent in weeks, not a research project in quarters.

Which workflows can AI agents actually take over?

We automate five functions end to end: customer support, operations, sales, growth, and finance ops. In support and operations, agents handle tickets, FAQs, returns, escalations, and finance workflows from first contact to resolution. In sales and growth, they run SDR sequences, lead enrichment, personalised follow-up, and continuously produced content. Every agent is connected to your existing tools and data through workflow integrations, including n8n, APIs, and internal systems, so it works inside the stack you already have instead of next to it. Just as important is what we do not automate: as part of agentic team design, we help you decide which roles should become agents and which stay human, with clear guardrails and escalation rules for when people step in. The goal is not automation for its own sake, it is keeping your team small, senior, and focused.

How does the engagement work, and who runs the agents afterwards?

The engagement runs in five steps: use-case deep-dive, architecture and guardrails, build on a proven reference architecture, pilot and hardening on real volume, then deploy and expand. After go-live, your team can run everything themselves: you receive a monitoring dashboard showing performance, resolution rates, and exceptions at a glance, architecture documentation that explains how the system is built so it stays maintainable, and a runbook and handover with everything needed to operate it. Guardrails and escalation rules define exactly when a human steps in, so nothing runs unsupervised that should not. Many clients then continue with us to identify and ship the next use case, because the fifth build of a pattern takes a fraction of the first. But there is no lock-in: the integrations, the documentation, and the agents themselves live in your stack, and any technical team can take them over.
